Ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease, collectively known as inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), are chronic inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

Although the etiology remains largely unknown, it has been suggested that a combination of genetic susceptibility factors and the activation of the mucosal immune system in response to luminal commensal bacterial antigens, along with persistent pathologic cytokine production, contributes to the initiation and chronification of IBD.

Ulcerative Colitis is a condition that causes inflammation and ulceration of the inner lining of the rectum and colon (the large bowel).

Inflammation usually begins in the rectum and lower colon, but it can also affect the entire colon.

ULCFORM is a herbal tincture that helps promote the relief of colitis.

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

Ingredients:

• Bayberry root bark – Myrica cerifera
• Poke root – Phytolacca denandra
• Marshmallow root – Althea officinalis
• Red oak – Quercus robur

Directions:
Take 35 drops x 3 times daily in a little water, away from food.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding.
